My name is Francesca Londono. I’m a 19 year old singer/songwriter/producer from Miami Florida. I graduated high school from “Idyllwild Arts Academy” with an artistic diploma in songwriting. I now attend “Berklee College of Music”, majoring in Independent Recording & Production. I have done music ever since I was a child. I was first classically trained in Opera and in classical piano, but that training came to an end when my father passed away when I was 10. It was the worst day of my life, but it was also the greatest realization for me. I wrote my first song because of it. It was the most freeing experience of my life. Writing down on a piece of paper how you felt and turning it into a beautiful piece of music is the greatest achievement of my life, the most meaningful achievement. I now write songs almost everyday, for myself and for other artists. I love storytelling and taking my listeners into a different dimension with my music. I love dream pop and dream folk. Those are probably the two genres I gravitate to the most when I write for myself. You see, music to me is how it feels. I mean why does anyone listen to music? To make them feel some type of way right? It’s not about the technicality or the complexity of a piece, it’s about how much a piece of music can make you feel, and that feeling will take over your whole body and mind. And that’s the best feeling in the world. And I want to do that with my music.
